Standing: ~ 50 guests
Maximum: ~ 70 guests with accommodation
Reception at La Kretz Garden Pavilion + Herbert Plaza:
Seating: ~60 guests in Pavilion, ~70 guests in Herbert Plaza (with additional furniture) (130 max)
Standing: ~ 150 in Pavilion + Herbert Plaza (150 max)

To help preserve the beauty of our living museum, we are only able to host a select number of weddings each year from March to November (which makes your ceremony all the more special).
Our standard package including a ceremony at “The Nest” Amphitheater and reception at the La Kretz Garden Pavilion is $5,500. Additional fees may apply. For more information about pricing and rental fees, please fill out the form at the top or bottom of this page.
All wedding reservations include a non-commercial photography permit, perfect for family portraits, ceremony & reception photos, or a private engagement-portrait session at the Garden!

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Will there be staff present during my wedding day?
Most definitely! At least one staff member will be available during your special day to help with any logistical concerns/ venue troubleshooting
Does this venue offer a private bridal room?
Although it is recommended on getting ready at a nearby hotel, each LKGP Room has blinds and a divider that can come down in order to provide a complete private room.
How many restrooms does the pavilion have?
> La Kretz Garden Pavilion offers a total of 3 bathrooms (1 female, 1 male, and 1 gender neutral)
How does the Garden keep my wedding private?
Your wedding will start exclusively at 5pm which is the time the Garden closes to the public. Our team will place “Private Event” signs on all entrances to ensure the public doesn’t interfere.
Is there a good location nearby for equipment/food/decoration drop-off?
Yes! Located on Tiverton Dr. next to La Kretz Garden Pavilion you will find a ramp in which you and your vendors can use to drop off anything you need on the day of.
Is it possible to use both projector screens in the rooms to play videos/ a slideshow?
Our new “combined mode” at our La Kretz Garden Pavilion rooms allows you to mirror audio and visuals to both rooms at the same time! New internal and external speakers are connected to set the ambiance of your special day.

What is the payment schedule?
25% is due upon signing the agreement, 75% is due 30 days before the wedding day.
What is your cancellation/refund policy?
We are sorry to hear you need to cancel your event. In the event the wedding host cancels, you are entitled to the remaining percentage of the deposit. Deposit is 25% of the total price and is non-refundable
