SUMMARY:Exploring Justice Along the Food Chain: A Vegetable Tamale Workshop
DESCRIPTION:Chema Hernández Gil and Nassim Nobari\, co-founders of Seed the Commons\, will demonstrate how to make tamales the traditional way\, with plant-based ingredients. While cooking\, they will speak of the social justice issues that affect people along the food chain\, anchoring the discussion in the different components of the tamales.
