The fruits of coffee (Coffea arabica) are green when they are immature. You can see fruits clustered at each node, and the opposite leaves. Fruits mature at different rates, so that some fruits are ready to pick before others, hence most coffee is picked by hand so that workers can discriminate between immature and mature fruits.
